Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control spare parts inventory, and procure necessary tools and equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to optimize equipment uptime, efficiency, and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and facility systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning and scheduling.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, Lean).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced CMMS administration and optimization.
• Experience implementing and utilizing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
