Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the reliability and security of critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems and other business-critical applications within the manufacturing environment.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect production data, intellectual property, and operational systems.
• Lead IT projects focused on process automation, data integration, and digital transformation initiatives across production facilities.
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for IT initiatives, aligning them with manufacturing goals and business objectives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, service level agreements, and procurement for hardware, software, and services relevant to manufacturing.
• Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal corporate policies for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT/OT convergence and supporting critical industrial control systems (SCADA, MES, PLC).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance manufacturing efficiency and business continuity.
• Expertise in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity measures for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructure, network operations, and data integrity in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, and successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA environments.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) security best practices and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT processes.
