Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and sustainability of improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and implement best practices.
- Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel)
- Proven ability to manage complex improvement projects from conception to completion, including change management and stakeholder engagement
Bonus Qualifications
- Master Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
