Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.
- Lead, mentor, and train fabrication team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure all fabricated parts meet specified quality standards, blueprints, and customer requirements.
- Optimize fabrication processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering, production planning, and other departments to streamline workflow.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve production bottlenecks.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in diverse fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, machining) and relevant machinery.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and strict adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing and interpreting designs.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Advanced welding or fabrication certifications (e.g., specific materials, specialized techniques).
- Proven experience mentoring or training junior fabricators.
