Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, plant infrastructure, and critical systems.
- Ensure facility compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Manage the facilities budget, including CapEx and OpEx for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers for specialized facility services.
- Plan and execute facility projects, including expansions, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives across the plant.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience, primarily in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in managing complex building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations, OSHA compliance, and facility safety protocols specific to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, vendor management, and budget oversight for facility operations.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventative maintenance program development.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management programs.
