Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Optimize fabrication processes to maximize efficiency and meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce adherence to all safety protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to fabrication technicians, fostering skill development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising a fabrication team in a manufacturing environment.
