Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair malfunctioning instruments failing calibration.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025, NIST traceability).
- Manage and schedule routine calibration cycles to minimize production downtime.
- Support internal and external audits of calibration processes and documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military/trade school training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing calibration in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and metrology standards (e.g., ISO 17025, NIST traceability).
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting a variety of test and calibration equipment for parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and electrical.
- Proficient in using calibration management software and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and record-keeping.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with calibration management software (e.g., Beamex, Fluke Metrology Xplorer).
- Knowledge of advanced metrology concepts such as Measurement System Analysis (MSA) or Gage R&R.
- Ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments to instrumentation.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
