Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Manage full-cycle payroll, including associated tax filings and benefits administration.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing procedures.
  • Oversee general office operations, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Provide administrative support for human resources, maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries using accounting software.
  • Coordinate facility-related services and manage office administrative tasks for the manufacturing site.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for efficient office management, including vendor relations and supply management
  • Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost accounting principles, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting basic HR functions, such as onboarding, record keeping, and benefits administration

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management or cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP Business One, NetSuite).
  • Understanding of basic supply chain or production scheduling concepts.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel for financial modeling or production data analysis.
