Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure daily and weekly production schedules and output targets are met.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of assembly personnel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models.
• Certification or advanced training in a relevant quality system (e.g., ISO 9001).
