Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers and internal teams on product applications and integration within manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend optimal product solutions and configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product performance, integration, and compatibility on manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product development teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices guides for manufacturing applications.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new products or customized solutions for specific manufacturing challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a closely related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical applications, field support, or engineering role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, or relevant industrial software (e.g., CAD/CAM, MES, PLM).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical presentations and customer training.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, vision systems, IIoT, PLCs).
• Prior experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales technical support role.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (FEA, CFD) or specialized CAM programming.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for process optimization.
