Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory counts and reconciliation, implementing robust inventory management systems.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations, procedures, and protocols to minimize workplace accidents.
• Manage and optimize shipping and receiving schedules to meet production deadlines and customer demands.
• Control warehouse operating costs through effective resource allocation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management System) software, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or advanced utilization.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Experience with hazardous materials handling and regulatory compliance.
• - Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor warehouse staff.
