Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all warehouse equipment and machinery, and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing performance feedback and fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free workplace.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS systems, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Forklift certification and experience operating various types of warehouse equipment
• - Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• - Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO)
