Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
- Manage and develop a team of production staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.

- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions for deviations.

- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
