Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to optimize production planning and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications
