Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize potential Six Sigma projects to address manufacturing inefficiencies and quality issues.
• Facilitate DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) or DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) projects from initiation to closure.
• Analyze complex manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects, variability, and process bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Design and implement control plans and monitoring systems to sustain process improvements.
• Train and coach employees across various departments on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Report project progress, results, and financial impact to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical methodologies.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Proficiency in advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• - Experience in a specific manufacturing sector relevant to the company (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
• - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Green Belts and other project team members.
• - Experience with change management methodologies.
