Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset reliability strategies and programs.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures.
  • Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize preventative and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support capital projects with reliability input for new equipment selection and installation.
  • Provide technical expertise and training on reliability principles to maintenance and operations teams.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reliability methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
  • Experience implementing and utilizing predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in asset management.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for predictive maintenance)
  • Proven experience in CMMS/EAM system optimization or implementation
