Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packaging, and adherence to shipping regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a systematic approach for efficient retrieval.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and effectively to move goods.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading and manifests.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a shipping or receiving environment
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, email)
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
