Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production line workers.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production goals.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
