Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Oversee warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize and manage logistics software systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) for tracking and reporting.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize processes and manage inventory efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics.
