Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire logistics process, from raw material inbound to finished goods outbound.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to achieve cost savings and service level agreements.
• Implement and manage logistics software and systems to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, warehousing operations, and domestic/international transportation.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a logistics team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with specific advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP WM/EWM, Oracle SCM)
