Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM).
- Identify, analyze, and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events.
- Develop, optimize, and standardize work procedures and process flows.
- Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
- Proven experience in process improvement, optimization, and waste reduction within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, PDCA).
- Ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in Lean environments (e.g., IoT, automation).
- Formal training or certification in Change Management.
