Key Responsibilities
- Manage all office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Oversee administrative support for production, sales, and executive teams.

- Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with payroll preparation.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.

Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse teams (office, production, vendors).
- Ability to manage office budgets, procure supplies, and oversee facility-related administrative tasks.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) relevant to a manufacturing environment.
