Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a productive work environment.
- Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and service providers for the office and common areas.
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding, record keeping, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate office budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reports.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize administrative processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems for administrative support.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, procurement, and maintain office supply inventory efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solver capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA)
- Understanding of basic supply chain or inventory management principles
