Key Responsibilities

• Perform press setup and changeover procedures according to job specifications.
• Operate various types of presses (e.g., stamping, forming) to produce parts.
• Monitor press operations, material flow, and part quality throughout production runs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using measurement tools and visual inspection.
• Troubleshoot minor press malfunctions and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from the press.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., punch, brake, stamping).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
