Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, servers, and network devices supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support for shop floor systems, including MES, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial PCs.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and ensure data integrity for production data.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, WMS) critical to manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new technology deployments and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) and cybersecurity principles for IT/OT environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and support IT systems within a manufacturing or industrial operational technology (OT) setting.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and backup/disaster recovery systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for system automation and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP), or SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience supporting shop floor hardware (e.g., industrial PCs, barcode scanners, label printers).
• Understanding of IT/OT security best practices and compliance in industrial settings.
