Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Manage engineering project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or an MBA
