Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Manage and oversee engineering projects focused on new product introduction, process optimization, and equipment upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to support operational goals.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and strategic planning.
• Ensure all engineering designs, processes, and solutions comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for complex manufacturing challenges and problem resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion within a production setting.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing data-driven solutions for process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management
• Prior experience with ERP or PLM system implementation/optimization
