Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, champion, and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful integration of CI projects and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or Master Black Belt).
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED) and Six Sigma tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive sustainable cultural change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certified Lean Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 technologies or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations.
