Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and optimize cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budget development and financial forecasting processes.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity and asset protection.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to support operational decision-making and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant financial standards.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial and operational reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their financial implications.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP system implementation or significant module upgrades.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
