Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
  • Program and configure control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Fanuc) for manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify automation opportunities and improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of automated machinery and control systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems, including schematics and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA development.
  • Experience with industrial robotics, motion control systems, and vision systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of machine safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13849, ANSI B11).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
