Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and implement industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
  • Develop and deploy robotic solutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated production equipment and systems.
  • Optimize existing automation processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, schematics, and user manuals.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI/SCADA development.
  • Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) for programming, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and motor control principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and commission automation solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Familiarity with industrial vision systems integration and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
  • Proficiency with SQL databases and data analytics tools for manufacturing process improvement.
  • Understanding of industrial networking protocols and cybersecurity principles for OT environments.
