Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability, performance, and security of critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage the plant's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user computing environments.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects focused on manufacturing efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.
• Provide expert technical support and problem resolution for all IT-related issues impacting production schedules and shop floor systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans tailored for a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and OT systems from threats.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware, software, and services critical to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and staff within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing-specific IT systems, including ERP, MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network architecture, and robust cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence, supporting shop floor technologies and automation initiatives.
• Track record of developing IT strategies, managing budgets, and leading successful IT projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Infor).
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, automation) as applied to manufacturing.
• Experience with cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or SCADA environments.
