Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the implementation and support of Operational Technology (OT) systems, including MES, SCADA, and IoT devices.
• Ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of critical production systems to minimize downtime.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures for both IT and OT environments.
• Lead IT strategic planning and project execution for digital transformation and automation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and IT team to deliver effective technical support.
• Implement and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT/OT.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT management or leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing-specific IT systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and IIoT.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing IT solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and cybersecurity best practices, particularly in an OT/IT converged landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing operational goals and business objectives.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT budget oversight.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or other operational technology (OT) platforms.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML, automation) as applied to manufacturing.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
