Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and controls.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical infrastructure and automation systems.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installation and repair.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies.
- Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical equipment to optimize performance and reliability.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Recommended Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or a two-year technical degree in industrial electricity.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLCs.
- Strong understanding and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) for modifications and new installations.
- Experience with robotic systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Certification in specific high-voltage safety procedures or arc flash mitigation.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order management.
- Experience with industrial networking and data communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
