Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth production ramp-up.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process, equipment, and quality.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and specify new manufacturing technologies and equipment for capital investment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) for tooling, fixture, and process layout design.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding, automation).
- Experience with DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly) and root cause analysis.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process optimizations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with robotics programming or advanced automation systems (e.g., PLCs)
- Experience with additive manufacturing processes or other emerging manufacturing technologies
- Fluency in a second language relevant to international operations or supply chain partners
