Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit skilled trades, production operators, engineers, and technical roles for manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit within a safety-focused manufacturing environment.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance for all assigned manufacturing roles.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or production roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, environments, and industry-specific talent needs.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for a diverse range of manufacturing positions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles (e.g., CNC machinists, quality engineers, production supervisors) within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting strategies and tools.
