Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for all factory-based positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on the shop floor to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for skilled trades and technical manufacturing roles.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process for candidates in a production environment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to all hiring compliance standards relevant to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or industrial roles.
• Proficiency in various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, niche sites) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and technical skill requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades and production roles (e.g., welders, machinists, assembly technicians).
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including safety protocols and shift schedules.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through trade schools, industry-specific job boards, or local unions.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) to support a diverse workforce.
