Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation.
• Provide training and coaching to quality personnel and production teams on quality principles.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), SPC, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Gage R&R.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100, FDA)
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis
• ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA)
