Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage the plant's budget, P&L, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance and cost control.
• Develop and enforce robust safety protocols, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership (5+ years)
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills
• Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance management

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering Management, Supply Chain)
• Experience with implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international operations
