Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills, with a commitment to safety.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MES systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other relevant local languages.
