Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and manage the plant budget and P&L, focusing on cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure products meet required specifications and customer expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage plant personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Strategize and plan plant capacity, resource allocation, and production schedules to meet demand.
Recommended Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and achieve production targets.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality management systems.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
- MBA or Master's degree in a related engineering or business discipline
- Multi-site or regional operations management experience
