Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Manage, train, mentor, and evaluate production personnel, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or delays.
• Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues, coordinating with maintenance and other departments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to ensure product quality, meet production targets, and adhere to safety regulations.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the local workforce.
