Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and apply statistical process control (SPC) to ensure process stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process changes and achieve operational goals.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and interpreting P&IDs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with manufacturing simulation or CAD software (e.g., Arena, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA)
