Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot and debug electromechanical systems and software.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
• Ability to analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and propose solutions.
