Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities to align with production schedules and customer orders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance processes and technology.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Experience with global Sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with sustainable supply chain practices.
• Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
