Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the DeWitt region seeking Production Supervisors. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and train production line staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment readiness and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
