Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflows as needed to meet targets.
• Train and mentor production staff on safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the production area.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
