Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Production Leads. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production team members on processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control standards and conduct regular product inspections.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Report on production metrics, challenges, and team performance to management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of optimizing production efficiency and quality.
• Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
