Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in interpreting production schedules, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members
