Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering to ensure material availability and product specifications.
• Maintain equipment functionality through preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Proficiency in using shop floor control software or ERP systems
