Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement sustainable control plans to maintain process improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a data-driven decision-making culture and promote the adoption of Six Sigma principles throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ CSSBB or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading at least 3 complex, cross-functional Six Sigma projects with documented financial impact.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software like Minitab, JMP, or R.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Green Belts and other team members.
• Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
